Terms of Service & Reservation Policy

The "Reservation" campaigns ($1, $5, and $10 Tiers) are voluntary deposits to secure early access benefits.

• Store Credit: The full amount paid ($1, $5, or $10) will be credited to your account in the Pledge Manager after the Kickstarter campaign concludes. You can use this credit for shipping, add-ons, or upgrades.
• Refund Policy: Reservations are refundable upon request until the launch of our Kickstarter campaign. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Deduction of Fees: Please note that payment processing fees (approx. 3-5%) are non-refundable charged by the payment gateway. The refunded amount will be the original payment minus these third-party transaction fees.
• Price Lock: Reserving guarantees "Early Bird" pricing on Kickstarter packages.

• Processed in Thailand: Payments are processed via a secure gateway in Thailand. While prices are displayed in USD for convenience, your card issuer may process the transaction in THB based on their exchange rate.
• Exchange Rate Fluctuations: If a refund is issued, it will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time of the refund. We are not responsible for any difference in the refund amount caused by currency exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.

RiX utilizes a "Phygital" ownership model. Please understand the nature of these assets:

• Not a Crypto Exchange: RiX cards are licensed digital collectibles within the ReliXus ecosystem. They are not financial instruments, securities, or cryptocurrency. We do not guarantee future monetary value.
• One-Time Printing: The "Print-on-Demand" feature allows you to convert a Digital Card into a Physical Card. Once a specific UUID is printed, its metadata updates to "Physical Minted" status. Note: The digital card remains playable in-game and tradable, but cannot be printed a second time.
• Ownership: You own the usage rights of the digital asset. NPX Stack Co., Ltd. retains all intellectual property rights to the artwork and lore.

• Eligibility: Both the referrer and the referee must have a valid, paid reservation (minimum $1 Tier) to qualify.
• Anti-Abuse: We employ fingerprinting to detect self-referrals. Accounts found manipulating the system will forfeit rewards.
• Distribution: Referral rewards (Digital Packs) will be credited to your account upon the official launch of the RiX application.

• Work in Progress: All images, stats, and mechanics shown are subject to change based on balancing (see our Balance Log).
• No Guarantee: While we are committed to delivery, crowdfunding involves risks. The estimated delivery date is a goal, not a binding guarantee.

For users purchasing the "Architect Guild Leader" ($10) tier:

• Name Policy: We reserve the right to reject/rename Guilds or Player IDs that are offensive, hate speech, infringe trademarks, or impersonate staff. No refunds for policy violations.
• Non-Transferable: Reservation perks (including Reserved Names) are tied to your email address and cannot be sold or transferred prior to game launch to prevent scalping.
• Activity: Guild names must be claimed within 30 days of launch to prevent squatting.

We collect your email and payment info solely for:

• Linking your reservation to your future Kickstarter pledge.
• Sending critical updates regarding the project launch.
• We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
